My client, a global Property Consultancy has a requirement for a senior level cost manager to establish the cost management function in their Manchester office. My client already has the cost management function within London, however due to demand from clients and an influx of work they wish to develop an additional team.The successful candidate would be responsible for delivery of projects along with bringing in new clients and eventually building a team of QS's.

Location: Greater Manchester, Manchester
Work Type: Permanent
Salary: £60000 - £70000 per annum + Company Benefits
