COST/COMMERCIAL MANAGER (SQS/Associate)

Job title: SQS/Associate (MRICS) Cost Manager Location: City of London Salary: Up to £70K + 20% Bonus + Benefits Capstone Recruitment have been exclusively assigned by one of the fastest growing real estate consultancies to acquire an experienced and adaptable Senior (MRICS) Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the residential sector. The role: You, as the successful candidate with be joining an established Cost Management team as a residential specialist. The company have various Principle Accounts, each with their own clients and projects which they manage, so the role will not be sector specific due to project variations. The organisation appreciates and encourages flexible and smart working. The role will be extremely diverse; however, the principle work will centre around high-end residential new build on existing sites in and around London and the UK wide. About You: The company culture is fast paced and requires an individual who is determined, self-motivated and can hit the ground running. Furthermore, you would ideally be: * MRICS Quantity Surveyor * Experience working within similar role at a cost consultancy - UK, residential & hotels sector experience preferable. * Personable, client-facing & well-presented. * Interested in working for a small team within a bigger business * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Eligible to work in the UK.
