LAND OFFICER £30,000 - £50,000 PER ANNUM UK BASED | Office location dependant on candidate Capstone Property Recruitment are working with the UK's leading consultancy for land assembly and compulsory purchase projects. Our client provides advice on land and property matters for major infrastructure projects such as high-profile transport, energy housing and regeneration projects. The company have offices across the UK and are seeking to recruit a Land Officer to work out of their London office. The Role Negotiating with landowners on behalf of large Infrastructure clients. The individual will be negotiating with the landowners about consents, before it is then passed over to the Compulsory Purchase team to value, and calculate the compensation owed. The Individual Ideal candidate will have a background in property agency or negotiation, or experience in infrastructure or project management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are key.
