The role
The Senior Reporting role sits within the Programme Office as part of the Project Controls Team. The company manage the Programme Office for their energy client which consists of Cost, Risk, Change, Schedule, Reporting & Governance and Information Management disciplines. The report landscape stretches from monthly project and disciplines reports, to board reports for the senior leadership team and to public facing Members reports. The members are two council members from each of the seven North London Borough that the NLWA report to.
The clients programme requires a high quality of internal management reporting on a regular basis to allow robust monitoring and decision making in delivery. In addition to this, there are regular and substantial submissions made to the client's governing members for the purposes of approvals, decisions and general progress awareness. These governance papers are also published externally and therefore require an enhanced level of quality in their preparation, review and submission.
Key Activities:
* Managing the monthly governance reporting process across this multi-organisational team, to enable senior client leadership to make informed decisions on the project.
* Responsible for quality assurance of Project and Discipline reports and the feed into public facing members reports
* Role has high visibility within the project team and is working with the senior leadership team on a regular basis.
Requirements and skills
* Experience working in large complex Programmes and preferably awareness of Managing Successful Programme.
* Demonstrable experience PMOs and Programme Support functions (Schedule, risk, cost, reporting, information management).
* Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative.

The role
As a Senior Risk consultant, you will report to the Project Risk Management Team Leader and will carry out the following activities:
Provide Project Risk Management (PRM) advice to internal and external clients in a variety of market sectors at different lifecycle stages, including:
* Facilitating risk workshops and applying other risk identification techniques;
* Assessing risk (e.g. CAPEX, OPEX, schedule, revenue and reputation) qualitatively and semi-quantitatively;
* Quantifying CAPEX & schedule risk exposure using Monte Carlo simulation;
* Reporting and advising on risk exposure and risk response plans.
You will also manage PRM commissions with minimal supervision from the PRM Team Leader and develop working relationships with client Account Managers and Business Leaders.
The Senior Risk Consultant will:
* Identify and help realise marketing and sales opportunities, especially with existing clients.
* Mentor junior Risk Consultants.
* Continually review how we could improve our service offering by

Requirements and skills

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
* Proven risk management experience (preferably in transport infrastructure or energy market sectors).

* Risk analysis software programs (esp. @RISK, PRA & / or Safran).
* Chairing risk workshops.
* ERM software platforms (e.g. ARM, Xactium or Safran).
* Good English verbal and written communication skills.

* Evidence of professional mentoring and / or coaching.

Quantity Surveyor

Capstone are working on behalf of a multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to take on a QS (Commercial Manager) for a site-based role as part of a small team managing the procurement process and commercial management for multiple Trade Contracts (50 plus) on a Construction project near Marlborough. This is a large private country estate.
The project value exceeds £50 million and all the works will be executed to the highest standard.
The role will be reporting directly to the Project Director whilst working closely with large multidisciplinary team. They would expect the candidate to be professionally qualified (RICS, MCIOB or Degree) and have 5 - 10 years relevant experience, ideally with high end residential work and Listed Buildings. They will need to be capable of working independently but in close conjunction with the Professional Team. An understanding of the Construction Management process and the JCT CMA & TC would be an advantage.
Whilst the consultancy will be leading the procurement this will be joint process with the PQS, Design Team and the Construction Manager.
Duties will include:
· Record keeping and reporting of the procurement process
· Pre-qualification of potential Trade Contractors
· Preparation of detailed pricing schedules from drawings & specifications
· Issuing tender packages
· Reviewing, analysing and comparing tender returns

A Senior Qualified Building Surveyor is sought for a permanent role as part of a team of professionals within the Management and Surveying department of one of London's largest residential landlord, reporting directly to the Development Director. The ideal candidate will have a good overall knowledge of landlord and tenant law and extensive experience of managing high quality and trophy assets. The details
The UKs largest independent forecourt operator, with nearly 1,000 petrol stations, is working in partnership with Capstone to recruit a Construction Project Manager reporting directly into the Property Director. As part of their internal Real Estate Team, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver a significant part of a major redevelopment programme of retail assets. With responsibility for projects ranging in value from £200k to £3m, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for delivery in line with timeline, budget, and quality parameters. Typically, this will involve site extensions, shop refurbishments, knock down rebuilds, and the installation of various food-to-go concessions.
This position will cover the North of England, therefore requiring extensive travel.

Interim Development Finance Specialist
Role: Interim Development Finance Specialist
Location: Remote and London
Pay: £750-£1000 per day (1-2 days per week)
Capstone Property Recruitment are currently working in partnership with an investment and property development business to recruit an Interim Development Finance Specialist.
You will be a part of a team of consultants advising the board which includes Private Equity, Banking, Fund, Investment and Consultancy professionals who have an important role in building and driving the vision of the business.
The key scope of the role will include but not limited to:
* Advising the board on the development finance of multiple development projects from concept through to construction delivery, supporting on all finance related issues.
* You will be involved in the structuring deals through to agreeing Heads of Terms.
* Preparation of documentation and letters.
* The production of budgets and activity programmes to inform development appraisals.
* Devising development delivery programmes and managing and reporting progress against the programmes
* The procurement and legal documenting of all required third party consultant, contractor, and supplier services to facilitate the delivery of the developments.
* Ensure all matters which may adversely impact risk to the development are promptly notified to the Board.
* Regularly reporting internally and to external development partners & funders on progress against programme, expenditure against approved budget and overall performance against the approved appraisal
* The creation and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Background & Experience:
The candidate must have a financial services, construction or real estate related degree and a property/construction professional body qualification with a minimum of 15 years' experience of the direct of development finance for construction projects.
The successful candidate must demonstrate experience of the following:
* Experienced individual in a development finance team from a property developer or lender side
* Ability to help structure complex development finance facilities.
* Ability to analyse valuation and monitoring surveyor reports.
* Construction knowledge is important and advantageous.
* Technical knowledge of current design, procurement & construction technology
* Understanding of the real estate development process and appreciation of investor/developer objectives/key drivers
* Understanding of legal issues relating to lending and property
* Project financial management
* Risk identification and pro-active management

Capstone are working closely with a global multi-disciplinary consultancy who are in turn providing services for a large government organisation. This role is essentially working within the property department of this government body.
The PCE works closely with Project Leads, Project Managers, Cost Managers and the wider team to ensure the reporting process and outputs are produced on time, robust, accurate and are of high quality. A key part of the role is to champion continuous improvement in the Project Controls function to ensure stakeholders have the confidence in what the team are reporting.

* Oversee the Capital Projects Risk process and provide support to the PMO to integrate risks across the various functions.
* Support DgP SF PMO with cross function risk management.

The DC Country Manager will be responsible for managing all data centre functions and services in country and on-site.
