Project Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager Location: London, West End Salary offer: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits Capstone are exclusively partnered with a specialist Cost Consultancy to acquire a technically excellent Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of their current team in the West End. The organisation deals extensively within the private sector and their client base tends to largely be extreme high net worth individuals, hotels and education with values ranging from £1 million to £100 million. The organisation prides itself on its ability to form long-lasting client relationships and through their industry experience and technical excellence provide a quality service from the outset of their projects. The nature of the clientele which this Consultancy deals with, means that there is opportunity to not only work on some extremely high-end schemes, but these schemes could be anywhere in the world, although all clients and projects are London based. The business places an emphasis on their client relationships and encourages all team members to be autonomous, win work and grow the business, they place a lot of responsibility on individuals at all levels. The company has seen significant steady growth over the last few years and are circa 30 strong, all Quantity Surveyors of varying levels.
