ICYMI: HR LEAD | REAL ESTATE | EMEA & APAC £60,000 - £85,000 PER ANNUM PLUS BONUS AND PACKAGE LOCATION: HOME WORKING OR LONDON OFFICE (CANDIDATE'S CHOICE) Capstone Real Estate team are working exclusively with the leading Real Estate Data Analytics company with headquartered in New York with offices in London, Singapore and other major city locations. They are the leaders in Real Capital Analytics and have recorded over $20 trillion of commercial property transactions linked to over 200,000 investor and lender profiles and providing our subscribers a full micro to macro view of your chosen market, no other source compares. We have been instructed to source a HR Lead across the UK and EMEA and APAC who will report directly to the team lead in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering results across different territories, THE ROLE: * Understand and assess 3rd party providers to make recommendations where to continue to outsource or bring in house. * Setting up and working in an international HR environment. This includes hiring, benefits, compensation, payroll, compliance, training and termination and recruitment. Ownership of keeping regional employee policies, laws, handbooks, employee contracts and benefit manuals current and consistent. * Experience facilitating performance management activities; including organizing and sending notices regarding review cycles, provide coaching support for managers around performance conversations, and managing tools * Recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement. * Manage and recommend relationships with regional recruiting sources to recruiting team lead * Communicating and messaging as needed to keep employees engaged and connected with the business. * Helping teams brought together by M&A * Ability to work with the regional department leads and managers to help optimize their groups, via re-organization, manager coaching, goal setting, etc. * Experience surveying the involved employees to gauge how satisfied they were with the merging and onboarding method. * Be a voice for employees * Ability to work with the regional department leads and managers to help optimize their groups, via re-organization, manager coaching, goal setting, etc. * Experience surveying the involved employees to gauge how satisfied they were with the merging and onboarding method. TO BE CONSIDERED: * 5+ years working in HR initiatives for EMEA.
