Field Marketing Manager | Real Estate

They are the leaders in Real Capital Analytics and have recorded over $20 trillion of commercial property transactions linked to over 200,000 investor and lender profiles and providing our subscribers a full micro to macro view of your chosen market, no other source compares. We have been instructed to a Field Marketing Manager someone who is energetic, creative, and a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering results. THE ROLE: * Develop a deep understanding of the company's target universe and help devise high-impact marketing programs to drive awareness and new business in UK/EMEA * Manage the company's UK Marketing efforts * Lever the strategies, policies, guidelines, templates, content, and infrastructure driven by HQ to speak specifically to the region * Regional event management, virtual and live * Devise regional digital marketing strategies and campaigns * Regional demand generation to meet pipeline contribution targets for the region * Create and maintain a steady flow of regional campaigns and nurture programs TO BE CONSIDERED: * 8-10 years of progressive experience in Marketing * A university degree with specialization in Marketing, Communications, or English language * A team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills * Software experience especially in WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot or comparable systems a plus * Must be able to work remotely/independently effectively * Ability to problem solve, plan, and manage processes with minimal oversight * Experience working effectively within cross-organizational, cross-cultural teams, and managing public relations and/or creative agencies * A high degree of organization and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects * Excellent work ethic that embodies commitment to goal achievement, collaboration, and dedication For more information or to be considered for this role please email your CV to d.williams@capstone-recruitment.com or call Daniah Williams MRICS 020 3994 0340 Transparency Notice to Prospective Candidates We process certain personal information about you for our legitimate business interests in order to identify and contact suitable candidates about positions that may be relevant to them.
