Position: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Location: Flexible Salary: £45,000 - £80,000 + bonus & package Capstone Recruitment have teamed up with a World-Class Property Developer with a track record of developing and operating hundreds of Data Centre's globally. Backed by a major investment management firm, our client is a fast pace entrepreneurial firm growing exponentially over the next few years. The role: You will be supporting Senior Directors in delivery and construction roles. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial design through to completion in a fast paced and demanding environment. About you: * Ideally a degree in a construction related field: Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Building Surveying etc * You will be experienced in managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. * Ideally hold professional qualifications e.g MRICS, MAPM. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
