Project Finance Manager

ICYMI: Project Finance Manager Location: Global Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum +20% Bonus A world class Property Developer with a track record of developing and operating hundreds of Data Centre's globally, backed by a major investment management firm is recruiting a commercially focused Project Finance Manager to support the delivery of projects globally. Reporting to: CFO The successful candidate will take responsibility for the accounting for, and managing of project costs. Sitting between the Construction Finance and Finance team, the postholder will be responsible for managing and tracking budgets. Additionally, this role feeds into the debt providers for regular reports on project costs. All project finance is run by this role - initially the position will be solely construction focussed. However, once live, the scope of the role will also include ongoing operation costs within the Data Centres. Requirements:- * Chartered Accountant * Understanding construction costs is key (Data Centre experience is not essential) * Experience working with international jurisdictions to manage costs * Project accounting experience is key within a construction development environment * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, commercial aspects- understanding commercial drivers, and decisions and how that impacts projects.
