Assistant Financial Controller

ICYMI: Assistant Financial Controller £45,000 - £50,000 per annum London/Remote Based A fast-growing Real Estate Company is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller. This is a new role created through continued growth and expansion, to support the CFO and be in charge of the finance and accounting operations. Responsibilities * Preparing consolidated financial accounts * Preparing interim reports and financial statements for the UK subsidiary companies * Preparing quarterly and annual reports * Handling the month end closing processes * Preparing the statutory accounts and statements * Filing Tax returns * In-charge of internal controls * Preparing ad hoc management reports - for senior management * Providing financial support to other departments Candidate * An ACA / ACCA with 5 years exp - Preferably from a larger / top tier practice * Experience as an audit manager or finance manager / junior controller * Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft * Yardi would be an advantage General * Strong interpersonal skills * Be a self-starter and work well independently * Ability to work well under pressure * Well organised and ability to meet strict deadlines * Professional, 'bright', dynamic individual Transparency Notice to Prospective Candidates We process certain personal information about you for our legitimate business interests in order to identify and contact suitable candidates about positions that may be relevant to them.
