Property Administrator

Property Administrator East London (office-based) £15.00 per hour PAYE 9am-4pm Capstone Recruitment are working closely with a privately owned company who specialise in developing prestigious homes throughout London and the Home Counties. They are looking for a young person to provide business support to this small private dynamic property company. You will be in charge of day-to-day liaison with property manager and assisting the Head of Property with construction and development matters as well as diary management, updating weekly spreadsheets, filing and marketing/social media. Key Attributes include: * Good Phone skills / polite / organisation skills * Excel / word / reasonable with IT and computers * Some basic experience of commercial leases, or Residential development would be useful. * Ability to think ahead, and good paperwork skills. * Positive and fun around the office.
