Asian Retail Investment Fund 1 which owns 313@somerset comes out tops among Asian funds to be GRESB’s Regional Sector Leader for Asia.
Other Lend Lease managed funds in Asia also rank in top six.
SINGAPORE, 7 September 2014 – Lend Lease’s Asian funds have taken the top positions in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) survey. GRESB is an industry-led organisation that assesses the sustainability performance of real estate portfolios, measuring environmental, social and governance factors.
