ICYMI: Title: Freelance Surveyor (Residential) Location: Tunbridge Wells , Kent Rate: Up to £50 per hour A rapidly expanding private Surveying Consultancy, with a London-wide presence are looking to recruit for a Chartered Residential Surveyor, to carry Building Surveys and Home Buyers Reports on a residential portfolio across London and the Home Counties. The work on offer is available on a flexible basis, whether that be full or part-time. Weekend work is also available if attractive. Surveyors will be expected to complete at least 3 days of work per week. A fixed hourly rate is logged for both residential surveys and home buyers reports. It is essential that the Surveyor is RICS qualified (MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS) and possesses experience within the residential sector.
