Freelance Chartered Building Surveyor - Residential Location: Bristol Fee Split: 50/50 Flexible working Capstone are working exclusively with a highly regarded, independent firm of Surveyors based in Bristol, Somerset, who are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor on a freelance basis to carry out Residential Building Surveys (Level 3) and/or Homebuyers Reports. The company offer a 50/50 fee split on all surveys conducted alongside flexible/home working. The company have a high demand of surveys that need completing and you will be able to work full-time or part-time. Areas covered mainly consist of Bristol, but might include Glastonbury, Weston-super-Mare, Bath and even areas in Gloucestershire.
