BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REAL ESTATE CONSULTANCY |AGILE WORKING £25,000 - £35,000 PER ANNUM PLUS PACKAGE Our clients are a leading Real Estate Consultancy who are dedicated property professionals working across multidiscipline markets in London and the regions. With many different clients and internal teams, they are looking to recruit a Business Development Analyst who will take ownership of the role and be 100% responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of the company's client database. Main duties: * Capable of attending internal BD meetings, taking instructions on multiple BD campaigns, working alongside all divisions within the business and our external PR, design and digital strategy consultants, reporting directly to the Managing Director. * Database creation and maintenance experience. * An understanding of business development techniques and approaches * An ability/willingness to cold call prospects to establish their contact details and to chase up colleagues to get things done. * The role may include an element of website maintenance About you: * Someone who can fulfil all aspects of the job themselves i.e., a doer not a manager. * Somebody who can work to a deadline. * Has knowledge of GDPR and relevant legislation or understanding.
