Interim Cost Manager

Interim Cost Manager (Urgent Requirement) £350-£75 per day (Outside IR35) London Capstone are working closely with a global construction consultancy and they are looking for an immediately available cost manager to work on a £350 million pound new build scheme similar to warehouse distribution with multiple sheds on a large site. The criteria includes: · someone that can work independently when set a task. · They will predominantly be doing measurement for a stage 3 cost plan but also some market testing to confirm pricing. · They are running some procurement activities at the same time so we may need some assistance there but primary role will be measurement for cost plan. · Start ASAP - Ideally next week · 3-4 weeks to assist with a large stage 3 cost plan. · The individual must be competent in using Cost X for measurement and cost planning.
