Newly Qualified Property Manager

ICYMI: NEWLY QUALIFIED, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT £35,000 - £40,000 PER ANNUM, PLUS PACKAGE LONDON Capstone have engaged with an independent, market leading property consultancy. Headquartered in London with offices in Scotland and Manchester, the company covers planning and development, property management, specialist valuations and transactions across the United Kingdom. Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified Surveyor to join the expanding property management team of professional surveyors to undertake the day to day management of a portfolio of properties. The Role * Manage the setup of new instructions and portfolios * Attend site visits within the portfolio perform both an external and internal inspection of the premises * Review, record and provide recommendations on lease management, L&T services, client service delivery and reporting requirements to ensure a superior level of service is provided and delivering the clients vision for its office portfolio * Responsibility of critical dates for reporting to the client and support the onboarding lead in flagging risks and opportunities to the Client * Ensure excellence in the management of the portfolio and full compliance with the agreed KPIs * Provide a service that supports efficient upscaling, value for money, good practice and that health and safety and risk management are adhered to * Assist in the preparation, control and management of the estate budget and project holding costs The Individual * MRICS Experience in commercial property management, lease management, Tenant Applications, Service Charge management, Health & Safety awareness, Structured client reporting * Knowledge and understanding of RICS Service Charge Code * Public sector experience is desirable, not essential * IT Skill For more information or to be considered for this role please email your CV to d.willams@capstone-recruitment.com or call Daniah Williams MRICS 020 3994 0340.
