SENIOR COST MANAGER/EMPLOYERS AGENT - RESIDENTIAL

ICYMI: Senior Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent Location: Central London Salary offer: £55,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Flexibility Capstone are currently working alongside a specialist real estate consultancy firm to find someone to undertake a dual role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent. The organisation prides themselves on their specialist service offering which they have developed through their extensive industry experience, as well as their enriched industry knowledge which they have accumulated over the past 80 years across various real estate sectors. The organisation, although covering multiple real estate asset classes has found their focus in London in Arts and Culture and Private Education and have been heavily involved in the rebuilding of many of London's buildings post war; but have now grown their Residential offering substantially over the recent years. The Role: You will be joining a well-established Central London consultancy in their Cost Management team and undertaking a dual role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager and Employer's Agent, working directly with the firms Director and business owner. The role presents the unique opportunity to join a small and diverse team at a senior position and hit the ground running on their current pipeline of residential schemes (predominantly) with projects ranging form £5M to £80M. About you: * MRICS Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent * Proven Cost Management and Employer's Agent experience within a similar role. Preferably within the residential, PRS sector on projects between £5M and £80M * Well-presented individual due to the client facing nature of the role. * Strong management and technical skills with an eye for detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Eligible to work in the UK.
